The Hockey curriculum is designed to teach the fundamentals of hockey skating. Skaters will learn the necessary fundamentals to be successful in game situations.
All elements will be taught without a stick and a puck as proper skating techniques are the primary focus of the levels.
In 4 badge levels, skaters will learn to maneuver faster and be more agile on the ice. After completion of Hockey 4, skater will go directly to a USA Hockey Initiation Program to learn the skills necessary in game situations.
Badges available for completed levels.
Prerequisites: Skater must be 4 years old or older and have completed our pre-beginner levels in our Learn-to-Skate or Tots classes and be in Snowplow Level 3 or higher (or equivalent from USA Hockey program).

There will be no more than 10 skaters per group and levels may be combined or cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
