Silver Sneakers Circuit Class: Tuesdays at 10:30 AM—
A full body workout class for seniors that combines low-impact aerobic exercises with strength training.  Circuit class features sitting and standing exercises and involves using weights, resistance bands, and a Silver Sneakers ball. The goal of circuit class is to improve cardiovascular health, muscle endurance, and balance, while fostering essential social connections that help support cognitive and emotional well-being in older adults.

Silver Sneakers Classic Class: Thursdays at 10:30 AM -
Enjoy a more beginner friendly workout class tailored to older adults.  Silver Sneakers circuit improves strength, range of motion, balance, and endurance through a combination of movements set to music via sitting and standing exercises, while fostering essential social connections that help support cognitive and emotional well-being.

Silver Sneakers Splash Class: Fridays at 9:30 AM -  
Enjoy a low impact water aerobics class designed for older adults. This class takes place in our indoor pool and uses gentle movements, supported by a pool noodle, a Silver Sneakers kickboard, and/or water weights. This class is great if you are looking to improve cardiovascular health, muscle endurance, and balance, while fostering essential social connections that support cognitive and emotional well-being.

Video Classes: Mondays through Thursdays from 9:30 AM -10:30 AM -
Enjoy a low impact water aerobics class designed for older adults. This class takes place in our indoor pool, is instructed via a TV, and uses low impact movements, supported by a pool noodle, a Silver Sneakers kickboard, and/or water weights. This class is great if you are looking to improve cardiovascular health, muscle endurance, and balance, while fostering essential social connections that support cognitive and emotional well-being.

Class Policies
- Must be a gym member to attend a class. 
- All class cancellations will be announced VIA EMAIL
- Put away equipment when done
- Bring your own water bottles and towels
