Schedule:

Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:45-6:45pm

* Limit of 6 participants per session (registration ends 24 hours before session)

What to bring:

• Sneakers + athletic wear (ex. Shorts and breathable t-shirt)
• Water bottle

What to expect:

• 1 Hour Workout Session
• Cardio, Core, Strength, Plyometric movements/exercises
• Arrive 15 minutes early to do stretching
• Help with correct form/technique from Certified Personal Trainer
• Focusing on speed/agility/quickness, strength, and endurance.

Private Lesson Ice helps players prepare for the season by addressing individual challenges and building confidence through targeted off-season training.

A FREE 4-week introductory hockey program with head-to-toe equipment provided for youth boys and girls ages 4 to 9, junior boys and girls ages 10 to 14!!

• Open to first time skaters/players.
  
• Similar to Try Hockey For Free/no skating background needed.
  
• Following the 4-week program participants can keep the gear if they enroll in the next LTP session.

The Little Wolves Rookie Program offers FREE GEAR for first time players included with registration. Players should complete Pre-Hockey 1 & 2 in the Learn to Skate program before signing up,  or receive instructor permission. The Rookie Program introduces players to shooting, passing, stickhandling and other fundamental skills. Full hockey equipment is required.

Champions Mite House is a developmental program for players that emphasizes continued skill development through the use of teaching stations and cross-ice games. The program introduces players to the game of hockey as a safe and positive experience. This controlled environment is geared toward beginner players and will teach the basic skills of hockey while building self-confidence, teamwork and fair play.

This program provides a seamless transition to hockey for players who have basic skating ability.  Skaters should have basic skating ability in order to participate in the Mite House program.

Try Skating for Free event is designed to provide kids ages 4 to 9 the opportunity to try skating in a FUN, safe environment with trained coaching staff.

No experience necessary! There will be plenty of assistance on hand to be sure your child has the best first skating experience and answer any questions you might have.

Open Hockey, sessions are drop-in times where players can come out and practice their skills Space is limited for all sessions and pre-booking online is recommended.

Full gear is required for ages 17 and under. Helmets and gloves are required for 18+.

Stick Time also commonly known as “drop-in” or “pick-up” hockey is open ice time for scrimmage play. Be sure to bring a light and a dark jersey. Players will break into teams and scrimmage. 

Space is limited for all sessions and pre-booking online is recommended. 

Full gear is required.

The program is open to adults 18+ who have never played hockey. It will combine on-ice skills sessions with instructional games. During this program, participants will learn the fundamental skills of ice hockey, including how to skate if they've never done so before. In addition, they will get a chance to play the greatest game on Earth.
