Front Desk Manager
The Front Desk position is responsible for a variety of tasks during their shift. The team member will provide superior customer service to guests at all times by providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while adhering to company policies, procedures, and best practices.
Hours: Part-time; must be available nights and weekends. Facility hours may range from early morning to late night, depending on events and activities scheduled – shifts will reflect daily facility schedule.
Job Requirements:
- Interact with customers in person, and over the phone
- Accept payments for events, activities, programs, etc.
- Basic to moderate computer knowledge
- Ability to work alone, or with little supervision
- Assist in maintaining basic cleanliness of facility
- Some lifting/reaching may be required
- Manage pro-shop
Facilities Service Technician
• Perform all aspects of building maintenance
• Ice Maintenance – Edging, Zamboni Operations, Flooding and Painting
• General maintenance of Ice Making Machines
• Follow all safety programs associated
with the operation of ice making and ice maintenance equipment
• Daily/Monthly
maintenance of all mechanical equipment
• Keep maintenance logs on specified equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and or machines
• Operate fork lift and aerial lift
• Special Event tear down and set-up
• Assist with all grounds keeping (trash removal, lawn maintenance and snow removal)
• Co-ordination and teamwork with building maintenance staff
• Other job duties as assigned Education /Experience High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years experience in a high profile ice or event center
• Working knowledge of ice making and ice maintenance , Working knowledge of building maintenance and building systems
